HORIZONTAL MILLS

Thanks to our wide experience in the manufacture of the most important
parts for horizontal ball, rod and autogenous mills we can supply our
castings to users of this type of facilities: cement plants, mineral
processing plants, mines....

The parts we produce for this kind of mills are:
- girth gears and pinions
- trunnions
- mill heads
- supports
- bearing shells with white metal
- liners

VERTICAL MILLS

Knowing that vertical mills are becoming more and more commonly used because
of their efficiency, we have made a great effort to become one of the main foundries
capable of supplying castings made of materials that are highly resistant to wear and
abrasion.

Bearing blocks, swing levers, rocker arms, roller shaft bosses, are carbon steel
castings with high quality requirements, which are supplied fully machined.

Roller jackets or tyres, and grinding table or table liner are castings in different materials
which are supplied fully machined and ready for assembling on the mills of the cement
plants, thermal power stations, mineral processing plants (limestone, phosphates,
magnesite, etc)

GIRTH GEARS

At Ebroacero we have the necessary means for cutting girth gears of up to 7060 mm
diameter and 2000 mm tooth length thanks to which we have become one of the few
European manufacturers capable of producing the girth gears 100% in-house.

Both the casting of the girth gears with the quality chosen by our customers (grey or
nodular iron, carbon steel and medium or high strength low alloy steels) and the
subsequent turning and cutting of the teeth is performed at our own facilities, including
any quality testing agreed on with our customers.

ROTARY KILNS

Manufacturing components for rotary kilns is a normal part of our activities, components
such as:
- Girth gears and pinions
- Path rings
- Support rollers
- Roller stations
- Heat resistant liners

OTHER EQUIPMENT

We also manufacture other parts that are commonly used at cement plants:
