GIRTH GEARS
Ebroacero S.A. has the necessary means for cutting girth gears of up to 7060 mm diameter and 2200 mm teeth length. We are one of the few European manufacturers capable of producing girth gears 100% in-house.
Both the casting of the girth gears with the quality chosen by our customers and the subsequent turning and cutting of the teeth is performed at our own facilities, including any quality testing agreed with our customers.
The most common parts are:
- Maximum size: 7060 mm
- Maximum teeth length: 2200 mm
